Officers were called to a home in the 8000 block of Community Drive in Manassas at around 1:20 p.m. on Oct. 21, to investigate a reportedly burglary involving a man with no fixed address.

Yonis Josue Villatoro Torres, 37, was found sleeping inside of the home by the homeowners, prompting the 911 call, though no items were stolen, according to the Prince William County Police Department.

He was detained without incident, and further investigation found that he was in possession of illegal narcotics at the time of his arrest.

Villatoro Torres was charged with burglary, possession of a scheduled I or II narcotic, and public intoxication.

He's being held without bond pending his next court date.
